Jeanette B. Schutt

WEST SPRINGFIELD-Jean Schutt, 85, passed away peacefully, on October 7th, at Baystate Medical Center, in the company of her family. She was a life long resident of West Springfield and a graduate of West Springfield High School. Jean was predeceased by her husband, Wesley, whom she wed in 1948. She is survived by two sons, Wesley Jr. and his wife Suzanne of Feeding Hills and Franklin and his wife Sharon of West Springfield. She is further survived by five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Prior to recent years of declining health, Jean was very active helping people and quite involved in her church. Her sudden loss will be felt by many. There will be a graveside service for Jean at Paucatuck Cemetery on Friday at 10:30 followed by a memorial service at First Baptist Church at 11 am.
