Jeannette T. (Vachon) Dupuis, 91, died Thursday October 17th at Westfield Gardens. She was born in Lowell and lived in West Springfield for 22 years before moving to Feeding Hills 44 years ago. She worked as an LPN for various nursing homes and for the Department of Public Welfare. She was a life member of the Springfield Kennel Club. She was predeceased by her husband Leo, son George and son in law Paul Hegedus. She leaves three daughters Rosemarie Hegedus of West Springfield, Jeanne Shopey of Springfield and Joanne and Dale Cosgrove of Westfield, a son Paul of Northampton, her first born granddaughter whom she thought of as a daughter, Desiree of Westfield and 9 other grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. The calling hours at West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home will be Monday October 28 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
