Joanne M. (Brown) Mayer, 62, died Thursday February 24 ^th at home. She was born in Springfield, daughter of the late Robert and Joan Brown and has lived in Springfield all her life. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and loved to do her puzzles and play on her phone. She leaves her husband David Mayer, her son Phillip Scott, her daughter Dorothy Lee and her husband Donald, three brothers Bob, Dan and Neil Brown, two sisters Debbie Saleh and Penny Lynch and three grandchildren Selena, Phillip Jr. and Payton Olivia. She was predeceased by her sister Robin. The calling hours will be Sunday February 28 ^th from 2:00 to 4:30 pm at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home followed by a funeral home service at 4:30 pm.
