John T. O'Connell, 55, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at home. Born in Springfield, son of the late Michael and Annemarie (Barnes) O'Connell, he grew up in Agawam and was a 1985 graduate of Agawam High School. He lived in West Springfield for the last fifteen years. John worked as a machinist for SOCA, a recycling plastic company in Indian Orchard. He was an avid bowler. He leaves a son, Aaron O'Connell of Feeding Hills, a brother and his wife, Michael J. and Julie O'Connell of Feeding Hills and twin nephews, Kevin and Daniel O'Connell. Relatives and friends are invited to a Funeral Mass on Monday, October 23, 2023 at 10am at Sacred Heart Church, 1061 Springfield Street, Feeding Hills. The burial is private.
