John D. Terpening

1967 – 2017

SPRINGFIELD – John D. Terpening, 50, died peacefully Sunday October 1, 2017 at home.  John was born in Poughkeepsie, NY, the son of John and Diana (Muccio) Terpening and has lived in Springfield most of his life.  He graduated from Commerce High School and served in the United States Marine Corps.  John worked at Cartamundi Corporation (formerly Hasbro) in East Longmeadow.  Besides his parents, John leaves his son Jacob Terpening, a sister Traci Faucher; a niece Amanda Faucher and his dear friend Cherrie Perusse.  The Committal service will be held in the Chapel of the Massachusetts Veteran's Memorial Cemetery on Wednesday, October 11 ^th at 2:00pm.  The West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home is handling all arrangements.  For more details please visit curranjones
