Joseph E. Baker
1955 – 2016

WESTFIELD – Joseph E. Baker, 61, of Steiger Drive died Tuesday afternoon at home surrounded by his loving family and caretakers. Joe was born in Springfield and lived in Agawam and West Springfield most of his life. He was an employee of the Work Opportunity Center for many years and a member of the John Boyle O'Reilly Club. He leaves his sister Thelma Holt; brother Herbert Baker and several nieces and nephews; Cynthia Heaton, Kathy Rocco, Marsha, Ricky and Shawn Loso, Candy Gorecki and Eric Baker. He was predeceased by a brother Timothy Baker. Visiting hours will be held at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home Friday from 4:00 – 6:00pm followed by a funeral home service at 6:00pm.
