Joseph N. Gibbs 61, passed away Sat., April 18th. Born July 10, 1958, son of Kenneth N. Sr. and Mona (Prime) Gibbs. Joe grew up in Springfield; he worked as a landscaper and roofer for many years. He thoroughly enjoyed fishing, gardening & long walks; he loved the outdoors and especially his camp in NH. Joe will be remembered for his gentle manner, generous acts, quick wit, easy smile and the love he shared with family and friends. He leaves his son Jesse N. Gibbs and wife Erica; his loving daughter Noelle Tarrant; adoring mother Mona M. Gibbs; brothers Kenneth N. Jr. and Barry Gibbs and wife Vicki and his sister Mona Rand; he will be sorely missed by his grandchildren Emily, Katherine, Abigail and Jackson along with many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Joe was predeceased by his father Kenneth N. Sr., brothers Charles Robin and Timothy A. Gibbs. The West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home is handling all arrangements.
