WEST SPRINGFIELD-Joseph W. Joubert, 67, died Dec. 19th in Baystate Medical Center. He was born in Springfield, son of the late Joseph and Cecile (Couture) Joubert and lived in the Springfield area for most of his life. He worked for many years as a roofer. He leaves a son Philip Joubert of Gloucester, a daughter Patricia of Westfield, two brothers, Paul Joubert of Feeding Hills and Arthur Joubert of Ludlow, three sisters, Dina Barrows of Springfield, Priscilla Brayall of Bangor, ME and Beatrice Shedden of Windsor Locks, CT, his godchild Marie Shamer of Oxford, CT and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Sandra (Pelletier) Joubert and his brother Leon Joubert. Calling hours are Tuesday January 3rd from 4-7pm at West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home.
