Juan Antonio Brookman, 44, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, July 20, 2024.  Born in Manhattan, NY, he grew up there and moved to Springfield in 1997.  He worked for over twenty-five years for Northeast Painting Associates. Juan enjoyed Marvel Comics, Star Wars and gaming.  He was most happiest spending time with his son, Dominic Brookman.  He was predeceased by his father, Hector Brookman, Sr.  He leaves his wife, Kristi Ann (Aslin) Brookman, a son, Dominic Brookman, at home, his mother, Lydia Gonzalez-Brookman of Springfield, three brothers, Andrew Brookman of Brooklyn, Austin Brookman and Hector Brookman, Jr., both of Springfield, three sisters, Emma Caballero-Brookman, Santa Toro-Malloy both of Springfield, Annette Brookman of California and nieces and nephews.  The funeral will be Friday at 10am at Curran Jones Funeral Home, 109 Main Street, West Springfield followed by burial in Oak Grove Cemetery.
