AGAWAM-Judith A. (Martinat) Pappaceno was born Aug. 4, 1944 and passed away Sept. 26, 2011 in Springfield. She was raised in West Springfield, resided in Agawam and is now in the Loving Hands of the Lord. She is survived by her loving husband Francis Pappaceno of Agawam, as well as her four children and eleven adoring grandchildren. Judith worked for many years at Buxtons, Friendly's, Eddies Market, Ye Old Butcher Shoppe and the Agawam Public Market. She will be missed by her loving family and many friends. Judith enjoyed spending time doing needlepoint, sewing, gardening and spending precious time with family and friends. The funeral service will be Saturday at 11 am at the Agawam Curran-Jones Funeral Home. Calling hours are Friday 4-7 pm. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in her name to either Dana Farber Cancer Research or Paralyzed Veterans of America.
