WEST SPRINGFIELD – Julia C. (Garner) Centracchio, 92, of West Springfield died Thursday in Mercy Hospital. She was born in Baltimore, MD and has lived in West Springfield since 1954. She was a 30-year Noon Time Supervisor at Tatham School. Her husband Thomas Centracchio died in 2000. Julia leaves eight children; Thomas, Robert and his wife Sally, Michael and his wife Tammy, Stephen, Linda Lenahan and her husband Michael, David, Douglas and his wife Soonae and Jon and his wife Moira. She also leaves twenty-five grandchildren; Julie, Tommy, Dawn, Heidi, Robbie, Chris, Emily, Laurie, Jeff, Susan, Robert, Joseph, Mike, Jill, Stephanie, Grace, Angela, Tanya, Craig, Curtis, Tai, Mia, Dominic, Nicky and Garner and many great grandchildren. The funeral will be held at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home Monday at 10:00am followed by burial in St. Thomas Cemetery.
