Kristina Lee Cooley

Key West, FL –Kristina Lee Cooley, Petty Officer Third Class of the United States Coast Guard, formerly of Feeding Hills died Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2017 in Florida.  Kristina was born in Springfield July 13, 1993, grew up in Feeding Hills and is the daughter of Michele Cooley and Anthony Sarnelli.   A 2011 graduate of Agawam High School, Kristina worked for a short time at American Classics Restaurant before enlisting in the United States Coast Guard 4 years ago. She was a fun loving, special person who loved everyone and everyone loved her.  An exceptional artist, she loved movies, music, tattoos, food and her truck.  She especially loved the ocean, her favorite place was Hampton Beach.  Kristina was always playing pranks on everyone. Besides her parents, she leaves her brother and best friend Dan Normandeau; a sister Alyana Pafumi; and her grandparents John and Nancy Cooley.  She also leaves many aunts, uncles, cousins (including 2 of the "3 Musketeers" Tawnie and Cam), friends and her dog Roxie.  She was predeceased by a sister Nikki and grandparents Gus and Judy Sarnelli.  The funeral will be held at the Agawam Curran-Jones Funeral Home Saturday March 4, 2017 at 11:00am followed by burial in the Springfield Street Cemetery.  Visiting hours will be held Friday March 3, 2017 from 4:00 – 7:00pm.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908For online condolences please visit curranjones.com.
