Kristina M. (Zerra) Farwell, of Agawam, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday at the age of 61.  Kris was born on March 28, 1960 to the late Joseph and Doreen (Gray) Zerra in Springfield, MA.  She was raised in West Springfield, graduating from West Springfield High School in 1978.  Dedicating her entire working career to Stop & Shop, Kris was a Grocery Receiver and Union Steward. She is survived by her son Joseph Farwell of Agawam, her daughter Amanda Dickinson of Maryland, her stepdaughter Katie Mason of Chicopee, her brother Steven Zerra of Feeding Hills, her brother Anthony Zerra of Apple Valley, California, her stepfather John Fischer of West Springfield and grandchildren: Jacob, Aydin, Izabella, Dominic, Dylan and Hailee.  Kris also leaves behind her best friend Don Clements, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, her beloved cat Ozzy, and loyal dog Thor.  Besides her parents, Kris was predeceased by her husband William Farwell of Agawam and daughter Nicole Dickinson of Chicopee. Kristina's authentic and infectious personality made people fall in love with her.  She was compassionate and kind, always putting others before herself.  Kris will be remembered as a devoted mother, a hard worker, and a loyal friend.  She loved spending time with family and friends, gardening, and tending to her flowers.  She had an amazing talent for cooking, and was a true animal lover.
