Lenora B. Regula

1943 – 2019

West Springfield – Lenora B. (Basilone) Regula, 75, of Verdugo Street died Saturday morning surrounded by her loving family.  Lenora was born in Springfield, daughter of the late Salvatore and Lillian (Warner) Basilone and has lived in West Springfield her entire life.  She worked as a Home Health Aide for many years.  She loved spending time with her family, cooking and traveling, especially to Florida.  She leaves her life partner of 35 years John Henry, her children Lori Rindels and her husband Randy, Deborah Peterson, Henry Regula, Tina Pepin and her husband Robert, Susan Meleounis and her husband Manny; her sisters Rose Clark, Shirley Meyer and Katherine Napolitan; eleven grandchildren; Chris and his wife Rachel, Chelsea, Erica, Dena, Tiffany, Nicholas, Monica, Jake, Ashley, George and Manny and two great grandchildren; Samantha and Ian.  Lenora was predeceased by a sister Carolyn Pouliot and her brothers Rudy and Mario Basilone.  The funeral will be held at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home Thursday at noon followed by burial in St. Thomas Cemetery.  Visiting hours will be held prior to the funeral home service Thursday morning from 10:30am - Noon.  Memorial contributions may be made to American Parkinson Disease Assoc.  APDA Massachusetts Chapter, 72 East Concord St., Boston, MA  02118.
