Leonard D. Taclof, 68, passed peacefully on Saturday October 22, 2022 surrounded by his loving wife Dorothy, daughters Lindsay & Jenn, and grandson's Gavin & Nick K. Leonard was born in Lynn, MA, raised by his grandparents. He attended Lynn Classical High School and then attended Berkeley School of Music in Boston Mass. He had lived in Maine, many years in Westfield and for the past 8 years with his wife Dorothy in Russell, MA. He was especially talented at playing his Trumpet, which he played in his High School Band led by Mr. Pagnotta whom he respected highly. He loved many genres of music, including Jazz, Movie Scores, Broadway Musicals & Shows, thanks to his Uncle David Vancelette whom he visited in New York as a child. He listened to the Beatles, Spinal Tap, Moody Blues, Herman Hermits, Boston, Chicago, Elton John and Monty Python. He was part of a few bands over the years when younger. He had a huge love of Quantum Physics and Astrology and was very passionate about Politics. He had a very prominent belief in Motive and Intent. He leaves his wife of 27 years Dorothy A. Hills Taclof, three daughters Lindsay J. Taclof (Damien), Mandie Brouillette (Joseph), Jennifer Mardeuse (Nathan) his Brothers Jay (Lisa), David, Craig (Nina) Scott, a sister Ruth Haskell , four Grandchildren Lori Brouillette (Tony P) , Kayla Roch (Nick K) Gavin Mardeuse, Shelby Brouillette (Phil R Jr.), two great grandchildren Brayden and Lindsey King and one due in 2023, James Leonard King, as well as his loving nephews and nieces and many wonderful friends including Scott Mitchell and Donnie. Leonard was predeceased by his parents Bernard Taclof and Isabelle Vancelette Ayotte, a brother Steven, his in-law's whom, he loved very much, Albertha Hills & Ralph Minney. His fur babies, Izzy (Isabelle), Milo, Otis and the kitties Indy, Tabby, Jasmine, and Cat head aka Mouse, will miss his bedtime "camp-out" singing.
