Lillian M. Hillman

1932 – 2020

West Springfield – Lillian M. Hillman, 88, died peacefully at home Sunday morning surrounded by her loving family.  Lillian was born in Springfield, the daughter of the late Clyde and Louise (Yelinek) MacNayr.  She was a lifelong West Springfield resident, very involved with town politics as a member of Precinct 1 & 2 and a former member of the First Methodist Church, who helped with their outreach programs.  She was predeceased by her husband Frank Hillman.  She leaves her son Arne Jahr and his wife Louise of West Springfield; a granddaughter Karen Beuree and several great grandchildren.  Visiting hours will be held at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home Wednesday July 22, 2020 from 4:00 – 7:00pm.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
