HOLYOKE – Linda J. (Hicks) Daviau, 59 of Hampden Street died Saturday in Holyoke Medical Center. Linda was born in Holyoke and had lived there all her life. She worked as a Bus Monitor for disabled kids and was an active member of Bible Baptist Church in West Springfield. She was a 30 year member of the Church Choir. She leaves her husband George E. Daviau; three children Kevin and Peter Daviau and Christina Fruchey; three brothers Ed, Job and Peter Hicks; two sisters Joan Charcoal and Bev Saborn and nine grandchildren. The funeral will be held at the Bible Baptist Church, Amostown Road, West Springfield Friday, Nov. 15th at 7:00pm. The West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home is handling all arrangements.
