Lois Granger

Agawam- Lois Jean (Vincelette) Granger, 80, died on January 7, 2001. Lois was born in Springfield MA, the daughter of the late Roland Vincelette and Evelyn Vincelette, and attended local schools. She lived with her late husband, Charles Granger, in Southwick before moving to Feeding Hills. Lois worked as a nanny for many families and was an active member of the Feeding Hills Congregational Church and later the Valley Community Church. She leaves her mother, Evelyn Vincelette; 2 daughters, Lynn Macey of Uxbridge, MA and Christine Cowles and her husband Michael of Feeding Hills; and three step children, Alice Granger of Peekskill, NY, Charles Granger Jr. of West Springfield, MA and Matthew Granger of Westfield, MA and their families. She also leaves two grandchildren, Kimberly Spangenberg and her husband Anthony, of Upton, MA, and Travis Cowles of Feeding Hills, MA and three great-grandchildren. There will be a memorial service on Friday, January 14 at 10:30 am at the Agawam Curran-Jones Funeral Home.
