Lorraine (Pierce) Kozak, 81, died Thursday in Heritage Hall.  She was born in Plymouth and has lived in West Springfield for 48 years. She was predeceased by her husband Frank H. Kozak in 2009. She leaves a son Scott H. Kozak of Ludlow, a daughter Robbin Larivee and her husband Kip of West Springfield, a brother Charles Pierce of Agawam, a sister Lucille Forgues of Agawam, grandchildren Erica Batchelder, Joshua and Jessica Kozak, Ashley, Jordyn, Nick and Jason Larivee and two great granddaughters Bayley Poland and Juliet Batchelder.
