Obituary

Louis A. Marino, 70, died Friday in Baystate Medical Center. He was born in Holyoke and lived most of his life in West Springfield. He was a control engineer who worked for Advance Vacuum Systems. He played the accordion, the guitar and keyboard in his band locally for many years. He loved to spend time with his granddaughters and his dog Sadie. He also liked to work on his computer, listen to music and watch TV. He was predeceased by his wife Nancy (Laird) Marino in 2011. He leaves his son Louis G. Marino and his wife Nannette of Athol and two granddaughters Destiny and Luigiella. The funeral home service will be Friday November 6 th at 10:00 am at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home followed by burial in St. Thomas Cemetery.
