Lucille Barbara
Przechocki
December 2, 1942 – June 8, 2012
Lucille B. Przechocki
Agawam - Lucille B. Przechocki, 69, of Feeding Hills, Massachusetts died on Friday June 8, 2012 at BayState Hospital in Springfield surrounded by her loving husband, son and daughter-in-law. Born in Springfield, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Lillian (Hamel) Lussier, and was raised and educated in Springfield. She and her family were practicing Roman Catholics. After earning a full four-year college scholarship she elected to pass it by so that she could aid her father. She is predeceased by her brother Ronald J. Lussier of Bellingham who passed away in November 2007. Her eldest brother Ernest Lussier lives in East Meredith, New York with his family; her youngest brother Francis Lussier lives with his family in Sturbridge. She was the beloved wife of Joseph J. Przechocki of Feeding Hills, whose sole concern was the well-being of his wife. Her long-career job was as a bank investor, but later took on additional work as a Comcast Sales representative in Westfield and a Librarian at the Agawam Public Library. In each job, she would seek out friends and always found ways to make people happy. At the library she often spoke of her joy of reading to children. Her three jobs enabled her to pay for her son's college education, of which she was very proud. She had enjoyed participating in all of the various hobbies of her husband and son, such as stamp and coin collecting, on-road and off-road motorcycle riding, photography, woodworking, boating, and walking. Her own special hobby was gardening, where she gave special attention to caring for her tomato plants. She leaves her only child, Joseph M. Przechocki, of Westfield and his wife Danielle, and their son Charles B. Przechocki who bears a strong facial resemblance to her. She will be deeply missed forever, and lovingly thought of daily by her family that she treasured. In honor of her request, a private ceremony only with immediate family will be held. Curran-Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangement.
