WEST SPRINGFIELD-Margaret M. (Schwartz) Bryant, 65, died Thursday surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Trenton, NJ, daughter of the late Eugene and Marie Schwartz and has lived in West Springfield since 1988. She worked 35 years for the US Air Force and was a huge Philadelphia Eagles fan. Margaret loved to play any board game, especially scrabble or password. She was a loyal mother and grandmother who was passionate about attending as many of her grandchildren's games as possible. She leaves four sons, Keith of Agawam, Jeff of West Springfield, Steve and his wife Season of Chicopee and Mike of West Springfield, a daughter Kelly Pittman and her husband Tim of Chicopee, a brother Charles, five sisters Rickie, Eleanor, Marie, Jeanne and Theresa and six grandchildren, Kacee, Masen, Cooper and Alyssa Pittman and Michael and Cole Bryant. She was predeceased by her son Kevin. The funeral will be Tuesday at 11 am at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home. A calling hour will precede the funeral on Tuesday from 10-11 am.
