Marilyn L. Laramee

1935 – 2018

Granby – Marilyn L. (Orcutt) Laramee, 83, died Saturday at home surrounded by her loving family.  Marilyn was born and raised in Holyoke and has lived in Granby since 1965.  After receiving her nursing degree at the Holyoke Hospital School of Nursing, she worked as a Registered Nurse for 30 years in the Emergency Room at Holyoke Hospital.  Her husband Ronald J. Laramee died in 2000.  She leaves three children Lisa Hayden and her husband Scott, Gary Laramee and Brian Laramee; and six grandchildren Nicole, Benjamin, Nicholas, Justin, Kiersten and Tyler.  Visiting hours will be held at the Curran-O'Brien Funeral Home Friday from 4:00 – 7:00pm.  A private burial will take place in West Street Cemetery.  For more details please visit curranjones.com.  Memorial donations may be made to Susan G.
