Mary (Demos) Andrichak
1928 – 2015

Springfield – Mary (Demos) Andrichak, 87, died Friday in Mercy Medical Center. Mary was born in Springfield the daughter of Michael and Ida (Nassar) Demos, and has lived here most of her life. She was employed by the Joseph Freedman Company for many years and retired in 2012. She leaves four children, her two sons Stephen and his wife Melissa of Newbury and Scott and his wife Monica of Port Charlotte, FL; two daughters Sharon Andrichak of North Plainfield, NJ and Jan Jensen and her husband Michael of Southwick. She also leaves two sisters Betty Truschelli of Mahopac, NY and Geraldine B'Shara of West Springfield; four grandchildren; Mary Frances, John Michael, Brian Anthony and Natalie Adeline and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Louis and Joseph Demos and two sisters, Louise Lewis and Anne Commiskey. The family would like to thank the entire staff at Heritage Woods for their loving care given to Mary. The funeral will be held at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home Wednesday at 11:00am with burial in Fairview Cemetery in Chicopee.
