WEST SPRINGFIELD-Neal Smith, 71, died Wednesday at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Springfield, son of the late Donald and Reta (Stafford) Smith and lived all his life in West Springfield. He was retired from the West Springfield Water Department. He leaves his wife Faith (Moore) Smith, two sons, Neal J. Smith of NY and James Smith of West Springfield, a daughter Carol Fyfe of West Springfield, two brothers Keith and Ronald Smith, both of Agawam, eight grandchildren, Betty, Aimee Beth, James, Danielle, Jeffery, Victoria, Kurt and Krista and two great grandchildren Hunter and James.
