WEST SPRINGFIELD – Paul R. Luce, 84, of Kings Highway died Wednesday at home surrounded by his family. Paul was born in Hampden, ME and has lived in West Springfield since 1937. He was a retired letter carrier for the United States Postal Service. His wife of 57 years Arlene J. (Morando) Luce died in 2011. They were married in the former St. Ann's Church in West Springfield. He leaves his children Michael Luce of West Springfield and Darci Phillips and her husband James of Navarre, FL; three grandsons Trevor Bonadies and Connor and Sean Phillips; a brother Theron Luce and sister Lorraine LaBelle. Besides his wife he was predeceased by siblings Owen and Stanley Luce and Althea Beasley. A private funeral will be held and the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home is handling all arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
