Paul R. Randall, 43, a resident of Holyoke passed away Saturday at home after a short illness. Paul was born in Holyoke, February 24, 1972, the son of the Bonnie (Farman) Randall-Howe and the late Raymond R. Randall. He spent his first six years in South Hadley before moving to Holyoke where he resided for most of his life. A graduate of Holyoke Public Schools, he was active in the Holyoke Youth Soccer Program and was co-captain of the Holyoke High School Soccer Team during his Junior and Senior years. He attended Springfield College, Holyoke Community College and Bunker Hill College. He was employed by the Friendly's Corporation for eight years, Unifirst in Boston and Springfield and by the Diamond Lite Company in Holyoke. A friend of Bill, Paul enjoyed fishing, hunting and hiking in the woods and was a member of the South Hadley Falls Congregational Church. He leaves his mother Bonnie Randall-Howe and her husband George Howe; two daughters Casey and Sydney Randall of Holyoke, a sister Tania Rorke and her husband Thomas of Philadelphia and their children Grace and Abbie; two brothers Leonard "Butch" and his wife Patricia of Agawam and their children Emily, Raymond and Kaylee and John and his wife Christine of Virginia; his aunt Peggy Woods and her husband Gill, uncle Robert Farman and his partner Jim Berger; aunt Sydney Snyder; uncle David Randall and his wife Lucy; and aunt Sharon Doucette and her husband Paul. He also leaves many cousins, great aunts and uncles and his dear friend Jill Summers and her children and also Leonard A. Neumann. The funeral will be held Thursday at noon in the United Methodist Church in South Hadley followed by burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held Wednesday from 5:00-8:00pm at the Curran-O'Brien Funeral Home, 33 Lamb Street, South Hadley. For more details please visit curranobrien.com.
