Paulina (Polly) Zuffoletti, 64, died peacefully Monday surrounded by her family at Mt. St. Vincent Nursing Home. She was born in Springfield, daughter of the late Edward and Stella (Victor) Mish, and lived most of her life in South Hadley. She was a 1972 graduate of Agawam High School and went on to get her Associate Degree in Medical Records at Holyoke Community College in 1974. She worked as a medical records technician at Mercy Hospital and Baystate Medical Center and also worked as a tumor registrar at Holyoke Hospital. Paulina was an active communicant of St. Patrick's Church where she was a member of the Ladies Guild and the choir. She enjoyed incredible friendships in the community and with those who crossed paths with her. Paulina loved to bowl, dance and travel with her husband. She especially loved her cats. She leaves her husband Alfred Zuffoletti, her sister Carolyn Buehler and her husband Donald of Woburn, her brother-in-law John Zuffoletti of East Longmeadow, her aunt Viola Mish of Holyoke, her cousins Tony of Springfield, MA and Joe of Berkley, CA and her nieces Lauren Bere and husband Bruce and daughter Grayson of Chicago, IL, Linda Buehler of Medford and Kristen Buehler of Denver, CO. The funeral will be Monday November 19th at 9:00 am from Curran-O'Brien Funeral Home, 33 Lamb St., S. Hadley, MA followed by Mass in St. Patrick's Church at 10:00 am.
