FEEDING HILLS-Pauline (Pratt) Boisvert Brown, 92, died Monday surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Pelham, NY, lived in Springfield and has been an Agawam resident since 1963. A communicant of Sacred Heart Church, Pauline devoted herself to helping Veteran's. She was a lifelong member and past President of the American Legion Post 185 Auxiliary, a member of the Agawam Veteran's Council, longtime member of the Agawam VFW and was a 1993 District 3 Director for Hampden County Veteran's Association. She also volunteered at the Soldier's Home and the V.A. Hospital in Leeds for many years. She was predeceased by her husband George Brown in 2006. She leaves two sons, Henry Boisvert of Granite Bay, CA and John Brown of Feeding Hills, four daughters Diane Manseau of Feeding Hills, Rose Worthly of China Village, ME, June Murray of Feeding Hills and Paula Boisvert-Savard and her husband Eugene of Feeding Hills, a sister Mae Baker of Ocala, FL, a niece Pauline Baker, nephews Ron and Jimmy Baker and nine grandchildren, Richard, Gabriel, Garret and Jarod Boisvert, David and Linda Garceau, Shawn Murray, Kim Hannah and her husband Ronald and Heather Soares and her husband Bill. She also leaves eight great grandchildren Alex, Justin, Jasmine, Chelsea, Chanelle, Mercedes, Maggie and Gabriel. A private committal service will be held in the chapel of the Massachusetts Veteran's Cemetery in Agawam. Curran-Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
