Peter N. Savenko

1955 – 2023

It is with profound sadness that the family of Peter N. Savenko announces his unexpected passing on September 9, 2023. Peter was born in Springfield to the late Nikolai and Vera Savenko. He was raised and educated in West Springfield, MA and spent his entire working life in the hospitality and food service industries. After retiring in 2021 as regional sales manager he spent his summers at his home in Maine. He leaves his wife of 45 years Sandra Savenko; children Phillip, Christopher, and Melissa Del Buono and her husband Nicholas; grandchildren Hannah, Vitaly and Naava; and siblings Anne Goldstone, Paul Savenko, Tanya Thompson and Michael Savenko.  Visiting hours will be held at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home Monday, Sept. 18th beginning at 9:30am and closing with a funeral home service at 11:00am.  For online condolences please visit curranjones.com.
