Rachel L. Keating, 37, entered into eternal rest on Friday, January 17, 2025.  Born in Springfield, she lived in Westfield most of her life and was a 2005 graduate of Westfield Vocational High School.  Rachel was an avid Patriots and NASCAR fan and enjoyed all outdoor activities.  She was predeceased by her father, Wayne Keating.  She leaves a son, Joseph Hopson of Orlando, FL, her mother and step-father, Carol (McConkey) Sheldon and Jonathan Sheldon of West Springfield, two brothers, Raymond Keating and his fiancé, Meagan Sasen of Westfield, Thomas Keating and his wife, Gessy of West Suffield, her step-mother, Linda Keating of Agawam, and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.  Calling hours are Saturday, January 25, 2025 from 11am-12noon at Curran Jones Funeral Home, 109 Main Street, West Springfield, followed by a Funeral Home Service at noon. The burial is private.
