Ralph J. Stenta Jr.

1934 - 2018

East Longmeadow-Ralph J. Stenta Jr., 83, died Saturday at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Springfield and has lived in East Longmeadow most of his life. Ralph worked in the Research and Development Department at Monsanto and later as a service driver for Tyler Equipment.  He served in the United States Navy from 1955 through 1960.  His wife Barbara (Adams) Stenta died in November of 2017.  He leaves a son Matthew Stenta and his wife Leonora of Springfield, a daughter Susan Stenta of Springfield, five grandchildren Ashley, Jack, Amanda, John and Alyssa and his former daughter-in-law Kelly Greene of East Longmeadow. All funeral services and burial in the Mass Veteran's Memorial Cemetery are private. Curran-Jones Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
