Robert A. D'Amario, 62, passed away on Monday, December 22, 2014 at home. Born in Springfield, son of the late Patrick and Adele (Mattie) D'Amario, he was a 1971 graduate of Commerce High School and lived most of his life in Springfield before he moved to Agawam. Robert worked for over thirty years at Governors America Corp in Agawam. He was an Air Force Veteran having served in the Air Force Reserve. An avid sports fan, Bobby enjoyed his Red Sox, Bruins and Patriots. He leaves a brother, Charles D'Amario of Belchertown, a sister, Ann Marie St. Jean of Montague, his niece, Julia St. Jean, a nephew and nieces, Bryan, Karen and Gina and his faithful dog companion, Fenway, along with relatives he enjoyed seeing at family reunions, his co-workers and friends. Calling hours will be Saturday from 9-11 at the AGAWAM CURRAN-JONES FUNERAL HOME, 745 Cooper St., followed by shared remembrances from 11-11:30. The burial will be private.
