Robert “Bob” Topjian, 73, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. Born in Cambridge, MA, the son of the late Albert and Amy (Palanjian) Topjian, he grew up in Watertown and was a graduate of Watertown High School. Robert was a retired teacher and taught for many years at Lincoln Technical School in East Windsor, CT. He moved to West Springfield in 1975 and was a passionate car enthusiast, restoring many classic cars especially British cars, enjoyed camping and was an avid music fan. Always ready to lend a helping hand, he was an inspiration to many including his family, friends and students. He leaves his wife of forty-eight years, Laurie M. (Fober) Topjian, three sons and their significant others, Albert K. Topjian and Erika of Chicopee, Dustin R. Topjian and Harleigh of Hoboken, NJ, Nicholas M. Topjian and Nichol of West Springfield, a sister, Carol Topjian of Watertown, two grandchildren, Makayla and Mason, and he was predeceased by a sister, Adrienne Topjian. Calling hours are Saturday, September 12, 2026 from 9-11am at Curran Jones Funeral Home, 109 Main Street, followed by a Funeral Home Service at 11. The burial will follow in St. Thomas Cemetery.
