Rose I. Daly (Bobrowicz), 96, of Highland Park Drive, passed away peacefully at Day Brook Village on Sunday, June 8. Rose was born in Springfield, December 16, 1928. She was the daughter of the late Salomea "Sadie" and Raymond Bobrowicz. Rose lived in West Springfield for the past 62 years. Rose was an avid gardener and continued her love of growing flowers and vegetables for most of her life. She also loved her many dogs, and most recently her adopted cats, Rusty and Momma. Rose was very proud of her Polish heritage and enjoyed listening to her Sunday morning radio Polka music. Rose now joins the love of her life, Jack Daly, who passed away in 2014. She leaves her daughter Denise Nieva of Shrewsbury, a son Jeff and his wife Janice of West Springfield, and her cherished brother Ray Bobrowicz who shared the Daly home for years, and her sister-in-law, Joan Bobrowicz. Rose was predeceased by her sisters, Mary Fiore, Helen Kaminski, her brother Paul Bobrowicz, and niece Cynthia Nalle. Rose leaves her dearest grandchildren; Jessica, Jonathan, Joshua (Monique) Daly, Tiffany, Ashley, and Raymond Nieva; Paul Nalle and Amber (Missy) Rocker and great-granddaughters, Patience Rose, Lilly Rose, Lana Ray, Ariana Elizabeth, and Viviana Rose Daly and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Day Brook Village for their loving and compassionate care. The West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
