Rosemary Grace (Carlson) Gauthier, 77, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 in Mercy Medical Center.  Born in Springfield, August 11, 1945, daughter of the late Victor and Grace (Tease) Carlson, she lived in the West Springfield area most of her life.  Rosemary was one of eleven siblings. Rosemary is survived by her son, John Towne of Springfield, three sisters, Rosalie Carlson of Springfield, Margo Wright of Florida, Tammy Barber of Springfield, a brother, Michael Barber of Springfield, a granddaughter, Bailee Smith, a great-grandson, Landon, and her long time friend, Doris Chrzanowski.   There will be services celebrating her life on Thursday at 12noon at Curran Jones Funeral Home, 109 Main Street, West Springfield.
