Russell E. Jennison Jr.

WEST SPRINGFIELD-Russell E. Jennison Jr., lovingly known as "Jay" 49, died March 7, 2011, with his family by his side in West Springfield, Ma. He was born May 16, 1961, in Springfield, Ma. He was the son of Russell Jennison Sr. and the late Shirley Streeter. Russell loved to spend the summers on the beaches of Cape Cod with his friends and family. He was an avid golfer, freemason, loved to travel, and enjoyed riding his Harley whenever possible. Russell was the finance manager at Bertera Chrysler for more than 20 years and most recently proprietor of Thrifty Car Sales in Westfield, Ma. Russell is survived by his 2 sons, Michael and Matthew, his daughter Kimberly, his grandchildren Haile and Bradyn, his father Russell Jennison Sr. and step mother Carol Jennison, his step father Paul Streeter, his brother Gary and wife Paola Cassidy, former wife Mary Lynn Jennison, beloved dog Chatham, and extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Streeter. The funeral service will be Friday at 12 noon at West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home. Visiting hours are Thursday from 4pm – 7pm.
