Sarah Gale Barba, 40, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, November 30, 2023 in Mercy Medical Center.  Born in Hanau, Germany, she lived in Massachusetts for twenty years. Sarah enjoyed doing crafts and spending time with her family.  She leaves two daughters, Lily Evans and Laila Evans-Barba, her father, Richard Barba and her mother, Dawn (Barlow) Barba, a sister, Heather Barba, her maternal grandparents, Derek and Marilyn (Gearing) Barlow, all of West Springfield, and several aunt, uncles and cousins.  She was predeceased by a brother, Michael Barba. The family requests casual dress for the calling hours and the funeral which will be Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2023 from 5-6pm at Curran Jones Funeral Home, 109 Main Street, West Springfield followed by a service at 6pm.  The burial will be private.
