Shirley T. Cerpovicz
1936 – 2016

FEEDING HILLS – Shirley T. (Malenfant) Cerpovicz, 80, died peacefully Sunday evening at home surrounded by her loving family. Shirley was born in Caribou, ME, one of fifteen children, of the late Leon and Cecile Malenfant. She grew up in Biddeford, ME and has lived in Agawam for the past 49 years. She was a longtime communicant of Sacred Heart Church and active at the Agawam Senior Center. Shirley worked at the Maine Building during the Big E for over 30 years. She loved to play cards, and was an avid golfer and candlepin bowler. She leaves her husband Francis Cerpovicz; three sons and their spouses, Paul and Joelle, Michael and Sheila and Gary and Bea; three grandchildren Anita, Karolina and Oskar. She also leaves her siblings Doris, Florence, Mary Ann, Valmore, Omer, Twidla, Maynard, Raymond, Linda, Lindle and Gaylen. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by siblings Thelma, Leon and Donald. The funeral will be held at the Agawam Curran-Jones Funeral Home Monday, Nov. 7th at 11:00am with burial in Agawam Center Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Visiting hours will be held prior to the funeral home service on Monday from 9:30-11:00am. The family would like to thank Mercy Hospice and Homecare for their kind service.
