WEST SPRINGFIELD- Shirley L. (Barnes) Sheehan Cloutier, 86 of Birnie Ave died Wednesday in Mercy Medical Center surrounded by her family. Shirley was born in Springfield, lived in Chicopee before moving to West Springfield in 1970. She and her first husband owned and operated Red's Towing in West Springfield. A communicant of the former St. Patrick's Church, she was also an avid bowler and member of the Sounds of Music Club and AARP. Her first husband Red Sheehan died in 1985. She leaves her present husband Raymond Cloutier; two sons, Gary Sheehan, Wayne Sheehan and his wife Catherine; a brother Eugene Barnes; four grandchildren, Darlene, Valerie, Bobby and Tricia and a great granddaughter, Erica. Shirley was predeceased by a daughter Patricia Labine. The funeral will be held at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home Monday at 10:00am followed by burial in St. Rose Cemetery in Chicopee.
