Thomas H. Anziano, 77, entered into eternal rest on Friday, May 19, 2023 in Mercy Medical Center.  Born in Springfield, son of the late Angelo and Helen (Couco) Anziano, he grew up in West Springfield and was a 1964 graduate of West Springfield High School. Thomas worked for over forty years as a steel engraver at the former Springfield Stamp and Die Company.  After his retirement, he worked at Big Y, Stop and Shop and Hasbro. Thomas was a loving husband and father, devoted to his family and one who always put their needs before his own.  His warm smile, kind heart, and gentle personality touched the lives of all who met him. He knew how to light up a party and make people laugh.  He was an avid bowler and loved to work in his garden.  He leaves his wife of 52 years, Dorothy A. (Jackson) Anziano, a son and his wife, Robert C. and Lexine Anziano of Agawam, Gina M. and Kevin Pirnie of Feeding Hills, a brother, Anthony Anziano of West Springfield, a sister, Antoinette Della Guistina of Westfield, eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and nephews and nieces.  Calling hours are Wednesday  from 4-6pm at the AGAWAM CURRAN JONES FUNERAL HOME, 745 Cooper Street followed by a service at 6pm.
