Obituary

Timothy "ChAoS" J. Osborne, 40, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, August 5, 2025.  Born in Springfield, he grew up in West Springfield and moved to Agawam in 2015.  Tim proudly worked as a senior customer service representative in sales for Sig Sauer, a firearms company, recently proudly earning the MVP award.  He was a DJ in the entertainment district in Springfield and went by the name of DJ ChAoS.  He proudly DJ'd for over 18 years before retiring. He was also a volunteer DJ during his high school years at the West Springfield Teen Center.  He was a member of the Western Massachusetts Ghostbusters, enjoyed WWE wrestling, especially Bray Wyatt (who passed away 2 years ago this month), pop-culture, comic cons, scare-a-cons, Halloween Horror Nights, and held a black belt in karate. Tim had a diverse love of music, which was also his outlet and his craft. His favorite band was Electric Callboy, which he got to see in concert twice. He treasured his mask collection and many friends in the mask community, as well as his many artifacts that he collected throughout the years. Tim also enjoyed traveling, with most notable trips to Austin, the Pacific Northwest (Goonies filming locations), Myrtle Beach, Las Vegas, Rhode Island, Atlantic City, London, Norway, and most recently, Ireland. He enjoyed many holiday trips to Florida, during fall, winter, and spring. He leaves his beloved and dedicated wife and partner of almost 13 years, Stephanie L. (Wynne) Osborne, his parents, Ronald and Judy Mae (Billings) Osborne of West Springfield, two brothers, Ronald Osborne, II and his wife Patricia of Feeding Hills, Scott Osborne of Westerly, RI, a sister, Kristea Silvis of Agawam, his father-in-law and mother-in-law, James and Nancy (Burno) Wynne of Clermont, FL, two brothers-in-law, Daniel Wynne and his wife Cait of Winter Garden, FL, James Foley and his wife Nicole of Seattle, WA, eight nieces and nephews, four great-nieces, and his beloved dog and buddy, Waggleton.  He was predeceased by another dog, his "little lady," Beatrice. He will be missed dearly by his aunts, uncles, cousins, and many close friends. His funeral will be Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at 10am at the West Springfield Curran Jones Funeral Home, 109 Main Street followed by burial in Ashleyville Cemetery. Calling hours are Tuesday, August 12, 2025 from 4-7pm. Throughout his life, Tim would make friends with every dog he would see (even in Las Vegas).
