Timothy Paul Trainor, a devoted husband, loving father, and talented musician, passed away peacefully at home on September 4, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Born on October 7, 1964, in Boston, MA, Tim was known for his unwavering optimism, sharp dry humor, and steadfast honesty. Tim enjoyed a distinguished 37-year career in aerospace at Hamilton Sundstrand in Windsor Locks, CT.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 23 years, Lauran Thompson; his children, Danielle Castonguay and Logan Trainor; his parents-in-law, John and Linda Thompson; and a wide circle of extended family, friends, and bandmates. He was predeceased by his parents, Frederick and Mary (Dow) Trainor.
