Una Mae B. Falcetti

1926 – 2023

Holyoke – Una Mae B. (Picard) Falcetti, 97, died peacefully Thursday, July 13, 2023 surrounded by her loving family.  Una Mae was born in Holyoke, the daughter of the late Camille and Laura (Philpott) Picard.  She was a lifelong resident of Holyoke and a 1946 graduate of Holyoke High School.  Una Mae worked for the Acme Chain Company until her marriage to Alfred J. Falcetti in 1961 and decided to "retire" to take care of her family.  Besides being a homemaker, she was an avid shopper and loved finding a good sale.  She was predeceased by her husband of 47 years, Alfred J. Falcetti, in 2009.  She leaves her three children, Laura Falcetti, Susan Ingegneri and her husband Jim, and Jonathan Falcetti and his wife Tera; eight grandchildren, Michael Falcetti, Melissa Duquette and her husband, Christian, Ashley Ingegneri Bryan and her husband, Brandon, Kaleigh Ingegneri, Dylan Falcetti, Joseph Ingegneri, Aria Falcetti, and Gemma Falcetti; ten great-grandchildren and many close friends.  A private funeral and burial will be held at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home.  For online condolences please visit curranjones.com.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dakin Humane Society.
