SPRING HILL, FL-Victor H. Walz, 92, passed away on Sept. 4, 2012. He is survived by his beloved wife, Ruth of 66 years; a son, Randy L. Walz, Sr. and daughter, Diane L. Yatroussis; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son, Glen R. Walz. Victor was a WWII veteran as a member of Army Air Corp 301st Bombardment Group. He was a founding member of Grace Lutheran Church, West Springfield, MA. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 11 from 10-11 am at the Agawam Curran-Jones Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Tuesday at 11 am followed with burial at Springfield St. Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made to HPH Hospice Foundation in his memory.
