Ginny Leonard 1936-2023, formally of Wilbraham,

Ginny (Virginia Paulu) Leonard passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 28, 2023. She was born in Caldwell, New Jersey, daughter of the late Harold and Edith (Wetmore) Paulu, and college graduate of the University of New Hampshire as an Occupational Therapist. Her life was all about family, great friends and helping others with her incredibly giving heart and volunteer work. She loved her Wilbraham community including being an avid golfer at the country club and skier.  She helped her daughter, Carrie, love the sports as well. When her two granddaughters came into this world, she devoted most of her free time to be their "GiGi" with much love, strength, and wisdom.  She always made us laugh and her smile was infectious. Ginny had a green thumb and loved everything gardening. Daisys were her favorite so many will be planted by Carrie and granddaughters' Chelsey and Brianna. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Carrie Ingham, granddaughter Chelsey Page & husband Jeremy Page, granddaughter Brianna (Breezy) Ingham, and great grandchildren, Bennett and Kinsley Page all of West Spfld. She leaves her former husband of 24 years, William E. Leonard II and his wife Michelle and daughter Alexandra. She also leaves her very best of friends, Jane Light, Sandy Swain and TeeDee Carroll.  Ginny always wore cheerful colors and her family will be doing the same for her celebration and encourage others who plan on attending. Calling hours for her celebration of life will be held on March 31, 2023 from 4:00-7:00pm at Curran-Jones Funeral Home 109 Main Street West Springfield, Mass.

Her burial will be a private service with just family the following week.
