Wanda M. (Gabis) Bator, 94, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, December 22, 2016.  Born in Gardner, daughter of the late Raymond and Josephine (Bakowksi) Gabis, she grew up in Gardner and moved to Southwick in 1956.  Wanda was a retired supervisor for Aetna Life Insurance Company. She was a member of the Southwick Senior Center and a communicant of Our Lady of the Lake Church.  She was also an avid Bingo fan and enjoyed watching game shows and crocheting many items for her family. Her first husband, Thomas Larkin died in 1968 and her second husband, Joseph Bator died in 2000.  She leaves a son and his wife, Kenneth R. and Sheila Larkin of Southwick, three daughters, Geraldine A. and her husband Frank Peters of Tolland, Suzanne K. and her husband Robert Loomis of Westfield, Veronica Tenerowicz of Suffield, ten grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. The funeral will be Tuesday at 7pm at the AGAWAM CURRAN-JONES FUNERAL HOME, 745 Cooper Street. The burial will be in the spring in New Cemetery in Southwick.  Calling hours are Tuesday from 4-7pm.
