Wayne worked for West Springfield Auto Parts for 30 years. Throughout Wayne's career, he formed many successful friendships, and left a long lasting impact on everyone he worked with.
Wayne had 5 wonderful children who he adored more than anything. He was predeceased by his daughter Michelle Smith. He has two daughters, Jillian Filippone (Joseph Fournier), Katelynn Filippone both of West Springfield, he also has two sons, Wayne and Justin Lennox both of Springfield. Wayne was also so proud to be a grandfather and he leaves behind his granddaughter, Everly Fournier who he loved dearly.

Wayne became very close to Carol's family and will be missed immensely by all. Wayne adored his pets, Bruin (dog) who unfortunately passed away, and his cat Willie and family dog Hogan.
Wayne had many hobbies he enjoyed. He loved all sports and going to sporting events, especially going to the Boston Red Sox games with his sons. Wayne attended many NASCAR racing trips with some of his closest friends over the years. Wayne enjoyed fishing and he always knew all the best fishing locations. Wayne was also a very talented bowler, and even coached a few bowlers. Wayne loved nature and going camping every year with Carol, bird watching, feeding ducks and his favorite bird of all was the eagle. One of the ways Wayne showed his affection was cooking for people and he was great at that. Wayne will be forever in our hearts and greatly missed by all.
