William P. Bourke

WESTFIELD-William P. Bourke, 81, died Wednesday surrounded by his loving family.  He was born in Springfield, son of the late Everett and Irene (McCarthy) Bourke, graduated from West Springfield High School and lived in Westfield for most of his life. He was the manager of Taylor Rental in Wilbraham and currently is the President of American Convention Service in Springfield, which he owned and operated for many years. He leaves his wife of 60 years Dorothy (Mahoney) Bourke, two sons William Bourke and his wife Deborah of West Springfield and Thomas Bourke and his wife Laurie of Westfield, a daughter Joanne Spath and her husband Richard of Southampton, two bothers Ralph and Leo Bourke, a sister Florence Langlois, five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. The funeral home service will be Tuesday at noon at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home followed by burial in St. Thomas Cemetery.
