William H. Spring, 90, entered into eternal rest on Monday, July 18, 2022 at home. Born in Springfield, son of the late Edwin and Denise (Marois) Spring, he grew up in Agawam and moved to West Springfield in 1993.  William worked in real estate as a real estate manager and owned and operated Spring Real Estate.  He was member of the Rental Housing Authority in Springfield, the Mt. Orthodox and then the Elm-Belcher Lodge of Masons, the Scottish Rite and the Shriners.  He was a charter member of the Agawam Rotary Club, a member of the former Agawam Jaycees, and a Naval Air veteran of the Korean War.  William was an active member of the Agawam Congregational Church where he had served as a Deacon and head usher and on many church committees.  He enjoyed traveling, gardening, and did volunteer work for the West Springfield Helping Hands.  He leaves his wife of sixty-five years, Betty L. (Kidder) Spring, three daughters, Cynthia Spring St. John and her husband Jeffrey of East Longmeadow, Sherri Montagna and her husband Andrew of Wilbraham, Kimberly Dotiwalla and her husband James of West Springfield, five grandchildren, Audrey St. John, Michael Montagna, Gregory St. John, Victoria Montagna-Kostopoulos and her husband Cameron, and Alexandria Dotiwalla.  He was predeceased by a sister, Shirley Crandall.  The funeral will be Saturday, July 23, 2022 at the Agawam Congregational Church, 745 Main Street at 11am.
